British underdog Marcus Willis will begin his pursuit of another place in the Wimbledon main draw on Monday against world number 146 Andrej Martin.
Willis enjoyed a fairytale run at the All England Club 12 months ago when he won six matches to come through both pre-qualifying and qualifying.
He then beat Ricardas Berankis, ranked more than 700 places above him, to secure a second round meeting with Roger Federer.
The 26-year-old, now ranked 387th in the world, was given a wildcard into this year's qualifying draw but will face a tough task to win the three matches required to reach the first round.
Willis starts against Martin, who has never made the main draw at Wimbledon but beat world number 15 Lucas Pouille in straight sets at the French Open last year.
Fellow Briton Liam Broady could then await in round two while ninth seed Ilya Marchenko, who progressed to the US Open last 16 in September, is a potential third round opponent.
