Betfred Super League leaders Castleford will get the Super 8s under way with a home game against St Helens on Thursday, August 3.
The Tigers finished the regular season 10 points ahead of second-placed Leeds and need just three wins from their seven fixtures in the Super 8s to wrap up a first league leaders' shield, which is decided after 30 matches.
All four Challenge Cup semi-finalists will meet in the first round, with Hull hosting Salford and Leeds visiting champions Wigan, while Huddersfield are at home to Wakefield in the other opening tie.
The battle to avoid relegation via the Million Pound Game will get under way on Friday, August 4, when bottom club Widnes host neighbours Warrington, while Catalans Dragons are at home to London Broncos in Perpignan on Saturday, August 5.
Championship table-toppers Hull KR start their Qualifiers campaign at home to Halifax on Sunday, August 5, when Featherstone take on Leigh.
The Rugby Football League say publication of the Kingstone Press Championship Shield fixtures has been delayed due to operational issues.
