Racing is resuming at Newbury following a lengthy delay because of a medical incident at the course.

The runners were at the start for race two, the 2.10, and circling around close to the tape but returned to the parade ring soon after.

Following a delay over one hour ten minutes, the emergency services gave the signal that racing could resume.
