Tuesday's meeting at Leicester is abandoned after the course failed a morning inspection.
A further 20mm of rain overnight left the track waterlogged.
An inspection was planned at 7.30am - but it was announced shortly before then that the seven-race Flat card would not take place, as the deluges of the past week continue to take their toll on fixtures around the country.
Wednesday's meeting at Nottingham is subject to an inspection at 8am, with further early-morning rain forecast on ground already officially described as heavy.
The going is also heavy - and waterlogged in places - for Friday's meeting at Redcar, where an initial inspection is scheduled for 9am on Thursday.
