Buffalo Bills v Indianapolis Colts kicks off Wildcard Weekend in the NFL and our team have put together a 9/1 RequestABet to back.
Stefon Diggs to score a TD
The Bills’ #1 wide receiver has been questionable to play all week, but there’s no chance the league’s leading wide-out misses Buffalo’s first home playoff game in 24 years. Diggs has previous in the postseason and, with Cole Beasley not at full tilt, we expect him to take on a lot of targets and build on his catalogue of eight touchdowns this season.
Jonathan Taylor over 74.5 rushing yards
Buffalo’s defence plays sturdy, but they’re coming up against a man possessed in Jonathan Taylor on Saturday. The rookie out of Wisconsin had a slow and somewhat underwhelming start to his NFL career, but any questions over his legitimacy as an NFL running back were quickly dismissed in a rampant second half of the season. He’s peaking at just the right time, and has averaged a superb 130.2 yards per game over the last five weeks.
T.Y. Hilton over 53.5 receiving yards
In a situation similar to that of his teammate, T.Y. Hilton was slow out of the blocks in 2020, but the veteran receiver has gone through the gears down the stretch and averaged over 70 yards over the last five games. The Colts wide-out is finally ticking with Philip Rivers, and in what could be his final game in an Indianapolis uniform, we don’t expect Hilton to go out with a whimper.
Philip Rivers to throw an interception
The Colts’ 39-year-old quarterback is a probable Hall of Famer, and a legend to many, but he’s always had his Achilles heel. Interceptions have been an unfortunate feature of Philip Rivers’ game for the entirety of his career, and it’s highly unlikely that Frank Reich has been able to coach that out of him in the six days leading up to his potential swansong. Rivers has 11 picks on the year, two coming in the last fortnight, and the Bills’ secondary will have their eyes peeled for turnover opportunities in this one, after a three-interception game just last week.
