PRICE BOOST: Hamilton to win & set the fastest lap of the race at 5/2 from 2/1
Lewis Hamilton has been cut to 4/6 from 6/4 to win the Spanish Grand Prix after securing pole position while he's now 1/6 to finish on the podium - something he failed to do in Sochi last time out.
Sebastian Vettel is 2/1 to claim his third Grand Prix triumph of the season while Valtteri Bottas, who triumphed in Russia, is 8/1 to win for the second race running.
Vettel's Ferrari team-mate Kimi Raikkonen is the best of the rest at 14/1 ahead of Red Bull duo Max Verstappen - the 2016 winner here - and Daniel Ricciardo at 40/1 and 80/1 respectively.

Spanish Grand Prix: Betting preview
Our in-form and informed Pit Lane Insider gives his thoughts and best bets for this weekend’s Spanish Grand Prix (written pre-practice).
F1 returns to Europe and Spain's famous Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya, where most teams will be showing their first major tech updates of the season.
After a dreadfully disappointing weekend at the Russian Grand Prix for Lewis Hamilton, the British driver will be desperately hoping he can make up some of the ground on championship leader and favourite Sebastian Vettel.
Hamilton is now 13 points adrift of the German after finishing a distant fourth in Sochi as Mercedes team-mate Valtteri Bottas secured his first ever win.
Last year’s race here was a memorable one for 18-year-old Red Bull star Max Verstappen, who marked his debut by becoming the youngest winner in F1 history.
Verstappen took full advantage of a first-lap collision between Nico Rosberg and Hamilton to hold off Ferrari’s Vettel and Kimi Raikkonen and write his name into F1 folklore.
It’s hard to see Red Bull repeating that success this year with 18/1 shot Verstappen and team-mate Daniel Ricciardo, fifth and sixth in the drivers’ standings, struggling to compete with the more powerful Ferrari and Mercedes engines.
But Barcelona is traditionally a taxing race for drivers, with tyre wear on the abrasive and bumpy track surface critical, and the victor could literally come from anywhere, a point backed up by the fact that there have been 10 different winners of the race since 2006.
Half of those races have been won by the ‘big two’ but the main protagonists this season Hamilton (2014), Vettel (2011, for Red Bull) and Raikkonen (2008) have all tasted victory once in Catalunya so know what it takes to win around this historic circuit.
Not surprisingly, that trio head the betting once again this weekend, but it’s Hamilton who appeals most at 6/4 to record his second win of the campaign.
The Briton didn’t drive badly in Russia but admitted he was at a loss to explain why he was so far off the pace.
However, the Silver Arrows have a bag of upgrades to unleash in Spain that they hope will give them the edge over their rivals Ferrari.
Hamilton will also not have taken losing out to his team-mate Bottas lightly and will be more determined than ever to top the podium and looks a great price.
Sadly, I’m not expecting the same for Fernando Alonso, winner here in 2006 and 2013, in his home grand prix.
McLaren and Honda have still not resolved the issues that have plagued them for far too long and Alonso is the only man not to see the chequered flag in any of the four races so far.
Even with expected upgrades, it's hard not to see another early finish for the Spanish legend in front of his legions of fans this weekend before he heads off to the Indy 500.
Finally, after finishing 11th in Sochi, I can’t ignore the chances of Williams’ Lance Stroll this weekend to get among the points.
The Canadian rookie performed well here in testing so there are no complete unknowns. There’s every chance he can make a first top-10 finish at 6/5.
Sporting Life suggestions:
Lewis Hamilton to win the race at 6/4
Fernando Alonso not to be classified at evens
Lance Stroll to finish in the top 10 at 6/5
