Jamie Carragher has mocked Roy Keane for his comments earlier this season about why Manchester United signed Cristiano Ronaldo.
The Sky Sports pundits were involved in a heated row back in December - with Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink just smiling inbetween them - after Ronaldo was left on the bench for the 1-1 draw with Chelsea.
Although the initial debate centred around Ronaldo's defensive efforts, the pair argued over whether it was a mistake for United to sign the legend, with Carragher taking great issue with Keane's claim that it wasn't just about trying to win the title.
Now, following Manchester United's shock defeat to Middlesbrough in the FA Cup, in which Ronaldo missed a penalty in normal time, the former Liverpool defender has tweeted: "Roy Keane told me Man Utd had signed Ronaldo to win the FA Cup!"
