1800: Manchester United confirm the signing of Romelu Lukaku, for an unfeasible amount of money. Full story here.
1640: According to the Press Association, Marko Arnautovic has handed in a transfer request at Stoke amid interest from West Ham.
Sky Bet currently make him 5/4 for that move and 4/5 to end the window still at the bet365 Stadium, but those prices could well be on the move in light of this news.
AC Milan are 12/1 to sign the Austrian this summer, with Leicester 16/1 and Hamburg 20/1. Everton, having signed all the other footballers already this summer, are 25/1 to add Arnautovic to the ranks.
Wayne Rooney, meanwhile, is like a happy little kid to be back at Everton. It's quite sweet, really. No idea where he'll play, though, and by the sound of it, nor has Ronald Koeman. Details.
1355: The latest speculation is that big-spending Everton will have to pay in the region of £50m if they are to sign Swansea's Gylfi Sigurdsson. The Toffees are reportedly set to launch a second bid of £35m to try and lure the midfielder away from the Liberty Stadium.
Sky Bet make Everton odds-on shots to get their man and it's 100/30 he stays with the Welsh outfit. Read the full story here.
Sky sources are also reporting that Burnley are in talks with Swansea over the signing £10m-rated midfielder Jack Cork.
1205: Breaking news, but not surprising news, Diego Costa has not returned to training with Chelsea and the player agreeing for him not to start pre-season.
The Spain international has been linked with a move to Atletico Madrid, although no deal can go through until their transfer ban in lifted in January, so he can basically put his feet up for another six months.
Nothing less than what such a lovely guy deserves...
1115: Quick line coming out of Sky Bet; Chelsea's Ruben Loftus Cheek has been backed in from 3/1 to just 1/8 to join Quick line coming out of Sky Bet; Chelsea's Ruben Loftus Cheek has been backed in from 3/1 to just 1/8 to join Crystal Palace this summer.
That appears to be on the back of The Telegraph reporting that the young midfielder is set to become Frank de Boer's first signing, with a season-long loan expected.
Chelsea sending a young player out on loan? Never.
1010: And news coming out of Italy says Inter Milan head coach Luciano Spalletti admits he doesn't want to lose Ivan Perisic amid reports he wants to join Manchester United.
The 28-year-old winger has been linked with a move to Old Trafford with the Red Devils considering making a £45m offer for the former Wolfsburg player.
Spalletti, who took over as Inter boss last month, wants to keep Perisic in his squad at the Serie A club.
He's quoted in La Gazzetta dello Sport: "There'll be fewer chances for those players who are distracted, and better opportunities for those who want to stick with Inter.
"Perisic is an important player for us, we're counting on him. Let's see what he has to say, I don't expect him to say that he wants to leave, that would be bad. We'll see what his intentions are."
Sky Bet's odds suggest Perisic is heading out of the San Siro quoting the Croatian as an 8/15 to join Jose Mourinho's revolution and 11/8 to remain at the Italian giants.
0955: After missing out on signing Romelu Lukaku, Chelsea could be on the verge of offering around £70m for Real Madrid's Alvaro Morata.
Sky Bet make the champions 6/4 favourites to sign the frontman but they also offer 4/5 he remains with the European champions.
0900: Celtic's star striker Moussa Dembele is reportedly wanted by Marseille, according to Sky sources.
The French club say they want to sign Dembele as a replacement for Bafetimbi Gomis, who was sold to Galatasaray for £3m at the end of last month.
Everton currently head the betting with Sky Bet at 5/4 from Chelsea and AC Milan at 14/1 and 16/1. They also price Dembele at 11/10 to remain at Celtic Park.
Meanwhile, Diego Costa is expected to return to training with Chelsea this morning despite speculation about the striker returning to Atletico Madrid.
0800: Welcome to the start of a new week in The Transfer Bulletin.
Paper Talk is here and if we believe what we read, then it appears Manchester United's summer spending is far from over as they eye Real Madrid's James Rodriguez.
The Red Devils are 3/1 second favourites to sign him although they will need to stump up at least £62m.
PSG head the market at 2/1, while Chelsea can be backed at 7/2, which is the same price for him to stay with the European champions.
Alexis Sanchez is still an Arsenal player but today one paper reckons the Gunners are willing to let him go to Manchester City for £80m.
If you think that deal will go through then you can back City at 8/13 to sign him but he's 6/5 to stay where he is.
