Leicester midfielder Vicente Iborra has returned to Spain after signing a permanent deal with La Liga side Villarreal.
The 30-year-old returns to Spain for an undisclosed fee to bring an end to his spell at the King Power Stadium after a season-and-a-half with the club.
Iborra played 37 times for the Foxes after arriving from Sevilla before the start of the 2017/18 season, and scored four goals including one in the 4-0 Carabao Cup victory over Fleetwood Town this season.
It's a four-and-half-year contract with Villarreal for Iborra that ties him to the La Liga club until June 2023, the Yellow Submarine said on their website.
Iborra, who was born in Valencia, won the Europa league three years during during his four-year stint with Sevilla, and also played for Levante in Spain - where he has made 361 appearances.
