Europa League final: Will Eden Hazard leave Chelsea for Real Madrid this summer? Belgian unsure on transfer future

Eden Hazard admitted he has not decided on his future yet as he fired Chelsea into the Europa League final in what could be his last act for the club at Stamford Bridge.

The Belgian star is odds-on to sign for Real Madrid this summer, but insists he is not thinking about his future just yet as he tries to win a trophy for Maurizio Sarri's men.

After Kepa Arrizabalaga had saved two Eintracht Frankfurt penalties, Hazard converted from the spot with his usual ease to set-up a London derby with Arsenal in Baku for the Europa League trophy.

If that was he end for Hazard at Stamford Bridge it was a fitting way to go out, but the man himself insisted he is still undecided on where he wants to play his football next season.

"In my mind I don't know yet," Hazard said when asked about his future on BT Sport.

"I don't think about that. I'm only thinking about winning something for this club and this squad. If it's my last game I will try to do everything for this club to win a trophy.

Hazard admitted it was a tough night at the office against a talented and tenacious Eintracht Frankfurt, but praised Chelsea's character for getting through to their showdown with the Gunners.

"It was hard but when you start the game you think you can reach the final, especially when you draw the first game away," he added.

"We played a great game but the semi-final is not so easy. We are happy and we will go to Baku to try to win the trophy.

"In the first half we were better but then like always this season we conceded after five minutes of the second half. It was 50-50 at the end. In the end our character was good and we go through.

"I always take my responsibility when I have to. Today we are happy but it's not finished. We have another game to play against Arsenal. We need to go there and play with quality and win the game."
