Unbeaten pair Daniel Dubois and Nathan Gorman will meet for the vacant British heavyweight title on July 13.
The fight will take place at London's O2, with the card also featuring Olympic silver medallist Joe Joyce.
"I am very confident that I can knock anyone in the world out right now," said Greenwich-born Dubois, 21, who has won 10 of his 11 fights inside the distance.
"I would have fought Joe Joyce and now I will fight Gorman."
Gorman, 22, has an unblemished 16-fight record with 11 of those wins coming by knockout.
"I am very surprised, to be fair," he said. "I was probably expecting it to be next year - in the summer time probably - and that is what I thought.
"When the phone call came it took me only a matter of seconds to say yes."
