Verdict
Edgware Road has been knocking on the door over shorter trips, though has been placed twice over hurdles so will have no problem with the extra. Kampai is usually thereabouts in this grade but is closely matched with Southwell second Caunay on collateral form and Parhelion was third in an apprentices' race over C&D last time. COSMIC HALO refused to settle when favourite at Leicester in September but the three-year-old must be worth another chance to show she stays this trip as her overall form is a cut above this level - the Polytrack could help her cause. The veteran Kames Park could figure if in the mood but has developed a mind of his own.
