Verdict

MAWAAKEF is the highest rated on official figures and has the best recent form. Fourth in a decent handicap last time, his earlier defeat of Viewpoint gives him the beating of today's rival Incendo and John Jenkins' charge is worth another try over this longer trip. The latter is proven over today's distance with a victory at Wolverhampton in October and should figure again while better is expected from Wildomar after a recent outing over 2m. Cayuga is lightly-raced and capable of getting involved but Love Pegasus is easily dismissed in this company.
