Verdict

Little Jimmy would have probably finished second behind Sulpius at Folkestone in December had he not fallen at the last but it's impossible to have much faith in last month's Fakenham winner Evella, who was pulled up earlier in a Fontwell race in which Sablazo refused at the last when beaten behind Join The Navy. Owner Occupier finished second that day but reverted to type at Plumpton next time and is another struggling for his best form. Considering he was a 50/1 shot, RICHO ran well for a long way behind Module at Leicester on his chasing bow and hasn't been disgraced on the all-weather since. He probably wouldn't need to find much to win this as Tchang Goon will again carry much more than his allotted weight.
