HARLESTONE WOOD was only beaten a head at Salisbury on his latest start and is fancied to open his account on his return to action. Faraway Land disappointed last time after finishing third over C&D on her debut while most of the remainder are switching from the National Hunt code. Big Kahuna was tailed off on his debut in a bumper and Chain Reactor finished last on his reappearance after landing a bumper at this time last year. Lidar and Megastar are both winners over hurdles but the latter is making his belated debut on the Flat.
