Verdict
Seymour Eric has been withdrawn from a couple of recent engagements on the morning of the race but has every chance if making the line-up today as he looks to be on an upward curve. Virginia Ash won over this trip at Plumpton last month but this looks much more competitive with American Legend capable of leaving his run at Wetherby in December behind him and He's The Daddy tackling handicap company for the first time. SMART EXIT's defeat of Everdon Brook at Fakenham has been franked and Josh Moore again takes off 3lb. A repeat of that effort would make Renee Robeson's charge hard to beat as the potentially well-treated Lady From Geneva may just need this.
