Verdict

Dusty Red ran well at a big price on her only start of the year when fourth over C&D in June. She's preferred to Guarda Pampa who is treading water at present and Morinda, a modest sixth at this track on her debut. One of the newcomers may well be good enough in such a moderate maiden and GOLDEN SHARE gets the nod. He's a half-brother to five winners including a Grade 1 winner in North America and Marco Botti's colt is taken to make a winning start ahead of Rahy's Promise.
