The owner, trainer and jockey of Baitha Alga have already tasted success this week and the Fast Company colt has been showing terrific speed over 6f. The Woodcote Stakes winner is a threat to all, despite dropping in trip, but THE GREAT WAR should take all the beating. The Ballydoyle colt has won both starts without coming off the bridle and can pass his stiffest test to date with flying colours. Mukhmal did well to win the Lily Agnes at Chester from a wide draw after making a winning debut at Musselburgh and is clearly smart. He shouldn't be ignored but the remainder have it all to do, though Mind Of Madness was given plenty to do when fancied for the Windsor Castle here on Tuesday.
Baitha Alga (IRE) 15-8fav (9-0) Led 1f, tracked (clear) leader, closed inside final 2f, ridden to lead again over 1f out, ran on well, won at Epsom Downs 6f 2yo lst stk (1) gd beating Ballymore Castle (9-0) by 2l, 8 ran.
Mind Of Madness (IRE) 5-1 (9-3) Raced centre, held up towards rear, headway when not clea run and switched sharply right over 1f out, hampered entering final furlong, soon no impression and eased, 15th of 24, 10l behind Hootenanny (9-3) at Royal Ascot 5f 2yo lst stk (1) gd.
Ahlan Emarati (IRE) 13-2 (9-5) Chased leaders, eased out 2f out, led inside final furlong, ran on well, won at Bath 5f 2yo mdn aut (5) fm in Apr beating Stinky Socks (9-0) by 1 1/2l, 14 ran.
Snap Shots (IRE) 15-8 (9-5) Always prominent, led over 1f out, soon hung right, ran on strongly, won at Haydock 5f 2yo mdn (5) sft in May beating Maljaa (9-5) by 3/4l, 6 ran.
The Great War (USA) 1-9fav (9-7) Tracked leaders, improved to lead over 1f out, kept on strongly final furlong, not extended, won at Curragh 5f 2yo stk gf in May beating Bwana (9-7) by 3l, 6 ran.

Fine Prince (IRE) 14-1 (9-0) Pulled hard, soon held up in last pair, effort on inside unbalanced and raced awkwardly over 1f out, eased inside final furlong, 7th of 8, 7l behind Baitha Alga (9-0) at Epsom Downs 6f 2yo lst stk (1) gd.
Mignolino (IRE) 7-2 (9-1) Close up in last place, ridden and switched right halfway, effort over 1f out, faded inside final furlong, 5th of 6, 6l behind Ko Cache (8-10) at Musselburgh 5f 2yo stks (2) gd.
To Be Determined (USA) 8-1 (8-3) Disputed pace, gave in, 3rd of 8, 9l behind Cinco Charlie (8-6) at Churchill Downs(USA) 4f 2yo mdn stks in May.
