Verdict
Few of theses arrive in any kind of form and it's a race where the market should be a guide. Black N Brew's second place behind Indian Landing a fortnight ago sets the standard but his strike-rate of 1-28 on an all-weather surface gives cause for concern. ESYTOPOLISHADIMOND is no star but ran easily his best race for a long time when runner-up to Alvar three weeks ago and a reproduction of that effort would be good enough for this. Solid Air has plenty to do with the selection on a line through Alvar though he usually goes well around here and has dropped to a very lowly mark. Legal Lyric hasn't been running as badly as her form figures suggest and could snatch a place at a fair price.
