Verdict
SIX WIVES went close when runner-up at Wolverhampton last week and can go one better. Scott Dixon's mare had Alaskan Bullet in close attendance with Moorhouse Lad further behind but is taken to confirm running despite a 2lb rise in the weights. My Son Max won over 6f at the same track in October but hasn't raced over the minimum trip since a winning debut back in 2010 while though Titus Gent has the 5f form to figure he's returning from nearly six months off the track. The progressive Havin' A Good Time found a harsh-looking 12lb rise beyond him last time and recent winner Mother Jones steps up a grade for this.
