Uncut Stone had Benmadigan and Vallani behind when runner-up to Everdon Brook over C&D last month. That was his first try over 3m and he should be winning soon now connections have found his trip. Ifyouthinkso could be interesting in his first handicap while Goldtrek won over 2m4f here in November and will be helped by Lucy Alexander's claim. SYNDICATION reverts to hurdles and tries a longer distance after not taking to fences. He belied big odds to finish second in a jumpers' bumper at Kempton last month and, if first-time blinkers have the desired effect, could go close in this. Easement hasn't won for a while but is still 6lb higher than his last success.
