Verdict
A feature of this is that no winner has carried more than 10st-9lb in the past nine years. Fever Pitch just qualifies on that score and he continues in fine form though could have done without going up 4lb for his narrow defeat by Rich Revival at Navan when King Of The Refs was 8l back in fourth. Kakagh enters the equation and he produced his best effort for some time behind Jolily at Thurles last month but a chance is taken on PINEAU DE RE. He's languishing just outside of the statistics but can enter the fray on a 14lb lower mark than over hurdles despite having won at Thurles in January. He'llberemembered is still a novice but along with The Amarillo Kid has plenty going for him in a wide-open event.
