Verdict

Jermatt was only beaten a nose last time but that was on the Fibresand at Southwell and he's drawn out wide today. Funcheon Vale's latest placed figure is flattering as she was beaten over six lengths and Saunta is a headstrong filly who needs to settle better if she's to have a say in proceedings. Irish raider STEELY GRACE has a tough task on the face of it having her first start since May but her earlier form is the best on offer and she's been dropped 4lb since. Mick Halford's filly gets the speculative vote with the remainder having shown little so far.
