Grigor Dimitrov believes he is a better player than when he beat Andy Murray at Wimbledon in 2014 and has targeted success on the grass this summer.
The Bulgarian stunned defending champion Murray in the quarter-finals three seasons ago before losing a close match to Novak Djokovic.
At the time, it seemed his career was destined for greatness but an alarming dip followed that saw him drop as low as 40 in the rankings.
But linking up with Murray's former assistant coach Dani Vallverdu last summer helped Dimitrov find his form and confidence again and a brilliant start to 2017 has seen the 25-year-old climb back to world number 13.
Titles in Brisbane and on home soil in Sofia sandwiched his second grand slam semi-final at the Australian Open, where he came agonisingly close to beating Rafael Nadal.
After confirming his participation at this summer's Aegon Championships at Queen's Club, where he won the title in 2014, Dimitrov said: "I feel like I'm a better player, a better person, better everything.
"The grass-court season is going to be a big thing for me with Queen's and then Wimbledon around the corner. I've seen the field, it's going to be very strong again, but I'm excited to see what my form is going to be like."
US Open champion Stan Wawrinka has also been added to the field for the tournament, which begins on June 19.
