Wales Under-20 head coach Jason Strange is to join Cardiff Blues, it has been announced.
The Blues said that Strange will take up his appointment as backs and attack coach ahead of next season.
Strange guided Wales to an Under-20 Six Nations Grand Slam in 2016, and he is the first addition to new Blues head coach John Mulvihill's coaching team for next term.
"I have thoroughly enjoyed the last four years with Wales Under-20s," Strange said.
"I have some great memories and it's been a huge honour to watch players go on to earn senior professional contracts and full international honours.
"It has been a great experience for me as a coach, and now is the right time to take the next step.
"I have worked with a lot of the boys previously, and I am really excited by the long-term vision the Blues and John Mulvihill have set out."
