Warrington's England prop Mike Cooper has signed a contract extension to keep him at the club until November 2020.
The 29-year-old is in his second stint with his home-town club after rejoining them from Australian outfit St George Illawarra two years ago and has racked up 172 appearances so far.
Wolves coach Steve Price said: "Mike's still got a lot of good years ahead of him. The players love playing with him so it was an easy one.
"I was the one who got Mike over to Australia. I know what he's about. He's been first class. He drives good standards at training and he's been one of our most consistent performers this season to date."
Cooper, who has helped Warrington reach third place in Super League after winning their last eight games, said: "I'm really happy to be staying.
"At this stage in my career I'm not looking to go anywhere else. I've been coached by Pricey before at St George and I'm enjoying working with him again.
"We've never had as tight a group of players as we have now. The positivity around the camp is brilliant. We've created a tough steel behind the club and are going about everything in the right way."
