Verdict

The Dermot Weld-trained filly, KASTASA can continue her fine form on seasonal debut. The daughter of Rock Of Gibraltar won four-in-a-row in August/September last season culminating in a Group 3 success at Cork over 2m. The filly is rated 9lb ahead of her nearest rival Heliac for trainer Ger Lyons who showed a good attitude to win by a neck on her seasonal reappearance in a Listed contest at Leopardstown last month over 1m4f. It's unlikely both main protagonists will falter but if they do the Jim Bolger-trained Mother Vincent and the Joseph O'Brien pair Mighty Blue and Traisha could take advantage.
  1. Kastasa
