Verdict

To say ECCO was pitched in at the deep end last season is an understatement but he acquitted himself well in the Adonis and Supreme Novices and his form looks head and shoulders better than these rivals. Ban Shoof showed at Plumpton that he can win races soon enough so he is the only real danger on paper. Fitzroy looks best of the rest.
