Forecasts

The Gatechecker (9/4), Fairy Island (7/2), Black Zero (9/2), Ballycahane (7/1), Duty Dance (15/2), Kilmurry Kid (8/1), Mr Goodenough (16/1), Taboo (16/1), Da Baba Elephant (25/1)

Verdict

BLACK ZERO appeared to relish the drop in trip last time out when delivering on the promise he'd been showing, so it's not ideal that he goes up in distance again but if he's in the same mood he has the capabilities to defy his rise in the ratings. The Gatechecker made a fair start to handicapping recently and is interesting now dropping trip while Fairy Island is a consistent maiden that will surely land a contest like this somewhere. The others all seem to questions hovering over them but Mr Goodenough would be dangerous if deciding to put his best foot forward off his current mark. 1. Black Zero 2. Fairy Island 3. The Gatechecker
