Failed to complete in two starts since joining this stable in 2018. Pulled up over 3m at Bangor (heavy) on seasonal debut last month and is fitted with blinkerks for the first time returning to hurdles.
Fair efforts in defeat in three starts this campaign most recently when beaten 19L into fifth over an extended 2m5f at Ascot (heavy) last month. Worth a check in the market dropping in grade.
Followed up a 1L victory on heavy ground at Haydock (soft) in early December with a good 3½L second over an extended 2m5f at Ascot (heavy) just over a fortnight later. Strong claims off a mark 7lb higher than for that Haydock triumph.
Winner over 3m2f at Fontwell (good) in October and recorded a couple of decent efforts in defeat subsequently. Pulled up at Warwick (3m2f, soft) last time out however and needs to put that latest effort behind him.
C&D winner returned to winning ways with a 4L victory in a heavy ground 2m7f handicap hurdle at Lingfield last week. Races off a 5lb higher mark due to a penalty for that victory and is one for the shortlist in this event.
Making his return from a lengthy absence when brought down in a handicap hurdle over this C&D on soft ground in November. Others make more appeal on return from a break.
Pulled up over fences on each of her last two starts including at Hereford (3m1f, soft) in first time cheekpieces (absent here) a month ago. Probably best watched on her return to hurdling.
Put a disappointing effort behind him when finishing 2L fourth in a handicap hurdle over an extended 2m7f at Chepstow (soft) last time out. Races off the same mark here and is one to note in this event.
C&D winner put a couple of non-completions behind him when finishing 22L seventh over an extended 2m3f at Lingfield (heavy) early last month. Worth a check in the market stepping back up in distance.
Good third over an extended 2m4f at Market Rasen (heavy) on seasonal debut in November but struggled upped to 3m at Southwell (soft) later that month. More needed in this race.
