Close but no cigar last three starts including over C&D in November off 1lb higher mark. Should again be in the thick of the action.
Back to form over 6f at Chelmsford in September and was slow to break on return from two-month holiday when down the field at Wolverhampton three weeks ago on debut for new yard. Will be better though for that pipe-opener.
6-24 at this trip on turf but 0-6 on AW so far. Beaten just a neck over C&D though on penultimate start and has top amateur on board so looks like connections mean business. Decent chance.
Yet to win beyond 5.5f but appears to stay this slightly longer trip. Didn't get home over 7f last time but should be held together here under hugely experienced veteran amateur pilot.
Only win came over 6f at Ayr in July 2018 but very nearly added to that last time when caught close home over 7f at Wolverhampton. Return to optimum trip looks right move and has every chance of just 1lb higher mark.
Four of five wins have come in claimers, including hat-trick at that level for Tom Dascombe in 2017. Only run since came in 7f Wolverhampton claimer 555 days ago and will do very well to overcome long absence. First-time cheekpieces applied.
Stable companion of Hart Stopper. Equally capable at 6f or 7f and won penultimate start at Chelmsford in October over 7f off 5lb lower. Young rider yet to ride a winner under Rules.
Represents last year's winning trainer-jockey combination. Has gone close on two of last three starts but ran poorly here in between. That was probably a blip and on balance has to have a decent chance for yard still among the winners.
Been campaigned of late up to 1m1f so taking hefty step back in trip. May find things happening plenty quick enough, although if they go off very fast he could well be staying on when others are fading.
Having his 98th race and seeking his 10th career success. Won twice this summer and failed by just half a length to add to that over C&D last time. Returns from 90-day break but is respected.
