A very capable novice hurdler (2m Hexham winner (soft) last October); appeared to be back near to his best when making a smooth winning chasing debut at Chepstow (2m, soft) last week; carries a 7lb penalty (is due a 10lb rise).
Returned to action from a lengthy absence with a very taking chasing debut win at Carlisle (2m, good to soft) - runner-up Esprit Du Large won nicely at Exeter on Wednesday; of definite interest from a 6lb higher mark.
Made all when winning a Class 4 novices' hurdle at Plumpton (2m, soft) last December, and broadly reliable thereafter; it's debatable whether or not he truly merits an official rating of 125; cheekpieces are added for chasing debut.
Won four French bumpers (1m1f-1m4f) for D Ferir; ended last season on an upward curve over hurdles by winning here and at Doncaster (both at or around 2m); is facing a stern test post wind surgery on chasing debut.
