Solid mare. Winner of a Listed contest at Cheltenham in April beating Little Miss Poet 1¼L on final start for trainer Paul Nicholls. May have needed the run at Wexford last month and likely to be wiser here.

Winner of four of her 11 starts over the larger obstacles. Landed a Listed mares' hurdle over 2m6½f at Limerick last month and gives the impression there may be more to come as the daughter of Robin Des Champs returns to fences.

Five from 14 over fences, the daughter of Yeats found life tough at the end of last season and the beginning of this but is clear top rated in this contest. Leading player among own sex.

Verdict

The Gordon Elliott-trained SHATTERED LOVE disappointed connections last season following a promising novice chase campaign, but the daughter of Yeats can get back to winning ways in a weak looking contest here. The Eight-year-old can land the spoils ahead of her biggest danger, likely to be the the Willie Mullins-trained Listen Dear, facile winner of a Limerick Listed contest last month. The Henry De Bromhead-trained Kupatana can take advantage of any shortcomings from the main protagonists.
  1. Shattered Love
  2. Listen Dear
  3. Kupatana
