Won his second Group 3 contest at Ascot (1m7½f) last December when he prevailed in a 21 runner field. He is a C&D winner here but he will need to concede a lot of weight all round which is a big ask. Can't be discounted.
Has been in good form recently on the Flat where he has scored three times in his last four starts. His last appearance over hurdles came back in December in a Listed race at Newbury (2m½f) where he was last of nine. Worth considering.
Was a winner in a Listed race over fences two starts back at Ayr (2m½f). He is now back over hurdles where he was successful twice as a novice. He is rated 5lb lower over hurdles so he is one to consider.
Recorded his third win in his last five starts here over 2m4½f on his latest outing. He is stepping down in trip now but he has won over this distance in a bumper at this track. One for the shortlist.
Has some good form as a novice hurdler, with the pick of it being his success at Huntingdon (2m). Back over hurdles following four runs on the Flat. Likely to be fit and ready. Leading contender.
Scored at Ludlow (2m) three runs ago in a 12 runner handicap contest. Has been disappointing on his latest two outings. He fell at the last hurdle at Stratford (2m½f). Needs to bounce back.
Finished fourth of 13 in the Group 3 imperial Cup at Sandown (2m) at the back of last season. Has had wind surgery in the summer and he makes his return to action here for the first time since May. One to watch for now.
Was a winner at Newton Abbot (2m2½f) last time to land the second victory of his career. He stayed on well on his latest start to prevail by 10L. Has gone up 10lb but has to be respected.
Was successful twice last December but has failed to add to his tally in 2019 so far. His last outing came at Haydock (1m7½f) back in April. Has been eased 2lb by the handicapper. Needs to improve to be in the mix here.
Has had an excellent season so far with three wins from her last four starts, She was second of eight last time at Stratford (2m½f). She is stepping out of novice company now. Worth considering.
Broke her maiden over hurdles at Warwick (2m) last November. Since then she has been unable to add to her tally. She was disqualified last time after her rider weighed in light. Capable off this mark.
A four-time winner over hurdles. She returned to action last month after a year off the track to finish sixth of 11 at Clairefontaine (2m3½f) in France. Came home fourth of 13 last time at Compiegne (2m2f). Needs to produce more.
Has been campaigning over fences this year where he has failed to score in five starts. He was fourth of six last time at Perth (2m). Back over hurdles where he is hard to fancy off this mark.
