Has won three times in six starts on turf. His latest success came at Chester last time over 5f. He has gone up 3lb for that win so he will need to concede weight all round here, however, he looks capable of more so he remains a leading contender.

Started his career with back-to-back wins on the AW at Wolverhampton (5f). He could only finish second of five last time on the Polytrack at Chelmsford (5f) when going off as the 10/11 favourite. Yet to prove himself on turf but he looks capable.

Has been denied twice by narrow margins this year. He was fancied to break his maiden last time at Catterick (6f) as he went off as the 7/4 favourite but could only finish third of nine. Is down 1lb in the weights. Can't be discounted.

Was successful on her third ever start when she scored at Ripon (5f). Has been unable to follow it up in two runs since then, including latest outing at Chester (5f) when she was fourth of six. Has been eased 2lb but she does need to produce more.

Yet to break his maiden in four attempts, however, he has run consistently well. His latest appearance came at Chester (5f) where he was second of six runners. Remains off the same mark as his recent near miss. One for the shortlist.

Prevailed on his eighth start when he landed a nursery handicap at Nottingham (6f). Has performed well without success in his two runs since then, including latest at Ayr (6f) when he was second of 17. Has gone up 3lb but still has to be respected.

Praxeology (3/1), He's A Laddie (7/2), Ainsdale (4/1), What A Business (5/1), Sermon (5/1), Vintage Times (7/1)

PRAXEOLOGY has had a fantastic opening season so far and he can have more success here over this 5f trip as he looks to still be ahead of the handicapper. He's A Laddie has some excellent form on the AW and he should be able to transfer his form across to turf so expect to him in the mix, while Ainsdale remains a maiden but another good display can be expected off this mark so include him in your calculations.
