600,000 gns purchase by Kingman. Looked an excellent prospect when quickening clear to beat Mascat by 3¾L in a C&D maiden last month. This looks no tougher, and he should follow up under a penalty.
280,000 gns son of Lope de Vega out of the quirky 1¼m Listed winner Miss You Too. has a future based on pedigree and price-tag, but yard's newcomers invariably need experience (1-60 with 2-y-o newcomers in last two years).
Epaulette colt out of a two-year-old 7f winner. Hinted at ability at big odds when ninth of 11 in a 7f maiden at Goodwood last month. Looks one for the longer term.
Mastercraftsman half-brother to same connections' smart winner up to 1m Tip Two Win. Needed the experience on debut at Newbury, but hinted at ability and will presumably do much better somewhere down the line.
Dark Angel half-brother to useful 3-y-o stayer Themaxwecan. Unfancied and well held behind Palace Pier here when the pair were making their debuts, and while it's hard to see that form turned around, he should be much better for the experience.
Cable Bay half-brother to smart 2-y-o 6f winner Earl of Leitrim and useful 5f-7f winner Mambo Paradise. Already gelded, entitled to need the run on racecourse bow, and others more appealing on paper.
Sales price rose markedly to £85,000 at the Breeze-Ups, and this US-bred colt showed a fair level of ability despite finishing only eighth of 10 on debut at Salisbury. Will improve, but this looks tough.
Intello half-brother to smart 5f-7½f winner Moon Trouble and Flat/hurdles winner Photo Choc. Gelded prior to debut, and yard 0-61 with 2-y-o newcomers in past five years.
