Stayed on well to score at Ripon 1m2f in July then failed only narrowly to follow up at Ayr nine days later on soft ground. Third at Ripon latest but further 2lb rise will make life tough off top weight.
Only win in 12 starts came on debut on Good to Firm ground over a mile at Ayr last summer. Good second at York last month over 1m2f on soft ground but below par last two starts. Return to easy conditions and drop back to nine furlongs may help.
Soft ground Chester 1m2f h'cap winner penultimate start off 6lb lower. Third at Chester 1m4f last time and shorter trip and a strong pace might prove the right combination. Solid each-way claims.
All three career wins have come at Ayr and doesn't appear quite as good elsewhere. Has dropped back to last winning mark but heavy ground might be an issue as usually likes a sound surface.
Useful juvenile who won on heavy ground on debut and landed Listed Two Year Old Trophy at Redcar in October. Hasn't yet shown she's trained on with four poor runs so far this term on quickish and has dropped a total of 11lb.
Both turf wins have come on soft ground including over a mile at Doncaster in June. Failed by only a head at Pontefract earlier this month but was never at the races at Ripon on Saturday. Turns out again quickly.
Very well served by testing ground and last win came over C&D in June off this mark. Not disgraced in four runs off higher marks since and a bold show looks on the cards.
Landed Thirsk mile novice stakes last term and has gone close a couple of times this campaign on decent ground. Heavy going has to be a concern though having run poorly on soft in the past.
Never been at his best on a testing surface so underfoot conditions have to be cause for some concern. Edging down weights to a winnable mark but that will likely be on better ground in future.
Kept on well last time to score here over extended mile and every chance she will get the extra furlong. Multiple winner on soft but never on heavy but comes here in form and penalised just 3lb.
Dual AW winner for Hugo Palmer prior to joining current yard last month. 50/1 and only beaten three lengths when sixth at Ayr three weeks ago off 3lb higher mark. Chance if able to handle the testing ground.
2-25 to date both wins coming here over extended mile. Yet to convince he gets further so conditions may stretch his stamina to the limit.
Yet to prove he handles really easy conditions and both wins have come on the AW. Ran well enough on only previous visit here over 1m3f, only fading inside distance. Trip should suit but ground is a worry.
Finished eighth in Golden Horn's 2015 Derby and has been a good handicapper in his time. Now 31lb lower than last win in 2017 but ran best race for a while when runner-up here over 1m3f last time. Trip on sharp side but not out of it.
