- Ayrshire Cancer Support Marketplace & Shops Handicap (Class 5)
- 9 Runners
- Surface: Turf
Useful performer in the past but has failed to hit the heights this season. Never a factor when dropped into selling company and this looks a tough ask off top weight.
Hamilton handicap winner in July and almost added to that victory in three-runner 5f handicap at this track on Saturday. That form can be taken lightly and slight improvement required in this company.
Was running consistently this season before disappointing when fifth in Chester handicap (7f) in July. Is still off a workable mark and is on the shortlist if he can bounce back.
Progressed with each run this season without winning. Recent 1L third in 6f Hamilton handicap can be regarded as a career-best and holds solid claims if she can improve off her current likeable mark.
Irish raider. Failed to land a telling blow in each run this season, including 6L eighth in 6f Curragh handicap on latest start. 2lb lower than his Irish mark though and can't be dismissed easily.
Can misbehave in the stalls but was a good second in Haydock handicap on her penultimate start before failing to fire at Down Royal (5f) on latest start. Needs to bounce back but respected if she can.
Progressive this season, putting in a career-best at Hamilton two starts ago and finished good second at that track last time out. Only raised 1lb and every chance she will be competitive off her current mark.
Record now stands at 0-7 and has looked regressive in last three starts, including 9L ninth in 7f Roscommon claimer. More required at this level.
Has failed to trouble the judge in all of his starts this season and was tailed off in C&D when last seen. Looks to be out of his depth in this company.
