Overcame trouble in running to win at Carlisle on handicap debut and ran to a similar level at Ripon off revised mark. Just shaped there as though he's going to need further to win again.

Unsuited by soft ground at Haydock and pulled out of an intended run since due to similar conditions. Better judged on previous two runs which would put her right in this on handicap debut.

Just slight improvement in four starts but given a stiff task on handicap debut. Respected for leading stable in this grade but does need to find improvement off current mark.

Best effort so far when running on for a narrow second at Wolverhampton. By Nathaniel so a surprise to see him dropping in trip but respected.

Broke through on his third start and ran to a similar level on handicap debut. However below that at Catterick and seemingly no excuses so others preferred.

Had run to a good standard in first three starts before disappointing on handicap debut. However got stuck wide and didn't seem happy on soft ground. Could still be well handicapped. Stable won this two years ago and also runs Elusive Brand.

Posted a career-best to win on start number six at Pontefract, showing that this is her ideal trip for now. Up 3lb but looks a leading player on AW debut.

Took a step back when well held on handicap debut, showing little in the process. Needs to bounce back and others preferred.

Nathless (3/1), Gallic (7/2), Seductive (7/2), Illusions (7/1), Dream Poet (15/2), Flint Hill (10/1), Liberatrix (16/1), Elusive Brand (33/1)

Verdict

Gallic is respected on her first try in handicaps and can put a run on a soft surface behind her. Likewise LIBERATIX didn't handle similar conditions on her own first start in a nursery but is the best handicapped on previous form and worth another go. Nathless may not be suited by the drop in trip but along with Illusions is at least coming off an improved performance and the latter may be well suited by this surface.
  1. Liberatrix
  2. Gallic
  3. Illusions
