Very good horse on the AW who has taken advantage of a lower turf mark with a fine run of form this summer. Only went down a neck over an inadequate 7f at Epsom and must have a huge chance down in grade.
Continues a run of consistent albeit frustrating form having finished in the front three without winning in his last seven starts. Tried in first-time blinkers over a trip on the sharp side. Place possibilities again.
Hasn't reached the level of promise of his Newbury third in three starts since and didn't look suited by this trip previously. Others look stronger candidates.
14-race maiden went close in this grade at Windsor before not being disgraced in stronger company back on the AW. Should be involved again.
Front runner who is on a decent mark at present but was hampered at the start last time following a poor run at Yarmouth. Headgear changed again and stable a bit quiet.
On a consistent run of form in his last four starts and was a good second at Lingfield. This looks stronger company so needs to find a bit extra.
Has been running in better company and excuses lately with a couple of runs on unsuitable quick ground and when hampered early last time. Back down to winning grade and handicap mark and can be involved.
Very consistent filly who continues in fine form. Has stamina to prove stepping up to this distance for the first time but has to be respected.
Trip looked very much on the sharp side at Bath and quickly upped in distance. Probably requires a drop in class and some help from the handicapper.
Eight-race maiden who unseated when going well at Kempton. Looks to have more to offer but this is tougher and stamina to prove.
