2017 Royal Hunt Cup winner was far too free latest in first-time blinkers which are now discarded. Dictated matters to win at this level at Windsor in June and will probably attempt similar tactics but penalty for that win makes task tough.
C&D winner recovered from Royal Hunt Cup flop latest when a close second over 1m1f in France on soft ground. Seems to appreciate such conditions so rain will benefit but a bit to do at the weights based on ratings.
2016 Group Three winner on soft ground for William Haggas but not scored since. Didn't perform in lone start this season on stable debut at Salisbury so bit to prove but best form good enough to win a race such as this so is respected.
Three-time winner is tellingly none from 13 at Stakes level and he hasn't been able to score this summer in four races since Meydan win in February. Up against it once again.
Done nothing but improve this season and won a C&D class 3 handicap latest to get to a new career high mark. Pitched in at the deep end now and hard to believe he is good enough at this stage.
Lightly raced colt won first time out (second start) and was fancied when disappointing in Royal Ascot Group Three before winning impressively in a York class 2 handicap. Well worth another go at this level and suspect he will prove high class yet.
Three-time handicap winner this season on ground from good to firm to soft. Last run can be forgiven in first start over 1m2f in very testing ground. Others still make more appeal however including stable first string Red Starlight.
Third at this level in a fillies only race at Haydock latest albeit beaten 9½L. Yet to score this season and while she has twice made the frame at this level her form overall is short of the required.
Boosted her already good strike rate to 50% when bolting up latest at Lingfield (AW) after scoring previously at Chelmsford and Newmarket. Clearly improving so merits step up in class and yard won this race with a three-year-old last year.
