Improving quickly, winning last three and making all to win at Chelmsford and Chester last two starts (in good times). Drawn to attack again here and despite the big weight, has every chance of completing the four-timer.
Looked a useful prospect on first two starts, winning with a bit in hand, but two backward steps since then (albeit in better company) and now needs this drop in grade to get himself back on track.
Improved a little on each of his first three starts and gained a narrow victory at Newbury last month. Out of his depth a little on latest start and will find this easier, so not discounted.
Easy winner at Bath in July but that run something of an outlier, as the rest of his form doesn't match it. Hard to know what to expect here after a moderate effort in better company at Goodwood last time, and others preferred.
Form is very patchy, two wins on the card (in lesser company) but equally poor efforts at Thirsk last time, and when well beaten when favourite at Catterick in May. Will handle surface but needs to refind best form.
Got his head in front on second start at Goodwood and has run to a similar level in two starts since, although couldn't said to be improving. Needs the switch to sand to help him find a bit more.
Didn't show much first three starts but took a big leap forward when second at Wolverhampton last time out and winner there has gone in again. Up 2lb but likelihood of more to come, and looks a big danger.
