- Broderick's Electric Handicap (45-70)
- 1m 1f 165y, Good to Yielding
- 14 Runners
- Surface: Turf
Largely well held since winning a Sligo handicap over 1m2½f in June off a 5lb lower mark. Each way claims dropping in trip and sporting first-time cheekpieces.
C&D winner over 12-months ago off an 11lb lower mark. Although the filly is in good form right now she may have reached her rating threshold and may find a couple progressing at a faster rate here.
Won a 7f Roscommon handicap on good to firm ground in June off a 3lb higher mark. Pulled up over hurdles latest but worth a market check returning to the level.
Has produced two promising efforts since returning to the track in May. Consistent sort who ought to go well again.
Plenty to like about the colt's first start as a four-year-old finishing third of 20 beaten 1L on seasonal debut in a Leopardstown 1m handicap earlier this month. One to consider.
C&D winner here 12-months ago winning a claiming maiden on yielding to soft ground off a 13lb lower mark. May need the run here but market likely to be informative.
Showed some promise on AW at the start of the year but he hadn't beaten a rival home in two turf starts before a promising run at Leopardstown earlier this month over 1m finishing 2¼L behind Innamorare. Dangerous if building on last appearance.
Useful 108-rated hurdler but last win on the Flat was back in April 2016 over 1m. Beaten 11L over similar trip on most recent Flat start and likely to struggle here.
Nothing of note in three career starts to date including when last seen in January. Other look more convincing at this level.
Sole career success came on the AW at Dundal and the Swiss Spirit gelding remains a five-race maiden on turf. May find a couple too good in this contest.
Well bred filly who will have disappointed connections in a series of dismal displays since April. Worth a market check in first-time visor.
Home-bred who appeared to be improving with every run towards the end of last year. 12th of 18 on seasonal debut at Cork recently but the manner of the defeat produced plenty of promise. Can improve here.
Struggled in three starts for trainer Johnny Murtagh and on stable debut last month when finishing 34L last of 10 at Killarney. May find it tough going here.
Largely well held in three starts this term when finishing down the field on each occasion. Likely to be better handicapped sorts lurking.
