Home-bred daughter of Delegator. Not fancied and finished tailed off on debut in October. Hard to make a case for on reappearance and turf debut.

Lethal Force filly, most recently bought for 37,000 gns as a yearling. Showed little on debut at HQ in April and remains best watched.

Daughter of New Approach who should get further in time. Stable not firing at present and their runners tend to improve with experience.

By Dutch Art out of a Galileo mare making her debut over a suitable distance. Stable struggling for winners at present so may be one to watch on debut.

Kheleyf filly out of a Kyllachy mare. Well beaten at long odds in both starts as a juvenile and will have to improve out of sight on this reappearance.

Ninth foal by Speightstown out of the 1m-1m2f French/US winner Light Jig. Got a bit far back on AW debut but was noted making late progress and looked only likely to improve for the run. Stable won this last year and looks a leading contender.

Daughter of High Chapparal out of a Rock Of Gibraltar mare who cost 70,000 gns as a yearling. This is probably the minimum distance she'll need but interesting on debut for a powerful stable.

More Than Ready filly, a half-sister to 1m2f winner Tamleek who should need further in time. Ran with promise on debut but failed to build on that on reappearance. Cut in the ground wouldn't have suited on breeding. Stable won this two years ago.

Forecast

Watheeqa (2/1), Scottish Jig (9/4), Snow Wind (7/2), Existential (9/2), Imperial Choice (14/1), Ivaldi (20/1), Catheadans Gift (20/1), Davina (66/1), One More Dawn (100/1)

Verdict

Snow Wind looks the most interesting of the newcomers and the market should provide a good guide. Watheeqa can possibly be excused her second run and remains open to improvement meeting quicker ground for the first time. John Gosden has a good chance of following up last year's win in the race with SCOTTISH JIG who made ground late off a slow pace on debut and looked one to follow for the future. This represents a good opportunity to win on just her second start.
