Produced a career best when winning at Wolverhampton recently and bids to build on that win back on turf under a penalty which still leaves him 4lb well-in. Upped in trip now but under the same rider who handled him well last time.
Twice a winner on the AW this season he returned to turf last time at Goodwood and disappointed. He's now been well beaten on his last four turf starts and he's hard to recommend here on that basis.
Good second at Chepstow on his last run an outing that gives him a solid base to work from. He's a consistent sort who pulled well clear of the rest of the field with the winner last time and one of the more likely types in this off the same mark.
Wasn't disgraced last time out on his first run back from a long absence and has in fact dropped 1lb below his last winning mark. Providing he doesn't bounce here he's in with a chance here with this a likely to be a more defining run for the future.
Won on his seasonal debut last year before his form tailed off and will handle these conditions and trip. Has slipped just below his last winning mark in the interim and the portents are there for a decent run.
Yet to match his form of last year but took a step forward last time out and the booking of the champion jockey would suggest that better is expected. Still without the hood worn for his last win.
Will find conditions very different here to the ones in which she gained her last win which came over 2m on heavy ground at Chepstow. That looked to be an improved performance and she has to prove she can back that up in this scenario.
