Ran very well to not be denied far in a stronger handicap than this at Chester earlier in the month. Up 2lb and should be able to go very well here if arriving in the same sort of form.
Carries a 6lb penalty for winning at Thirsk last time out and this looks tougher, though 5f on good/good to firm ground should allow him to show something like his best.
Irish raider who has been running well over the winter at Dundalk, though generally races over further on turf. Declared here yesterday.
