Promising on the Flat when trained by Saeed Bin Suroor and showed ability over hurdles for current trainer for whom he reverts back to the level. Intriguing contender, but has plenty to do at these weighs.
Gelded son of Casmento who fetched €24,000 as a yearling and whose dam is a half-sister to a winner in Germany and the US. Makes a belated debut, but is in good hands and is one to note.
Sixties Icon gelding who is a half-brother to three winners and whose dam is a half-sister to Grade 2 winner Diamond Diva and Listed winner Viviannasdream. Well held on Newbury debut last year and will probably need this reappearance run.
Useful hurdler/chaser for Dan Skelton and showed he retains his ability in a couple of AW starts on the Flat. Respected, but may not be able to cope with one or two of his younger rivals.
Teofilo gelding who is a half-brother to a Group 2 winner. Created a good impression when winning a novice event on debut at Windsor and should be able to build on that.
Dubawi colt who cost 140,000 gns as a yearling and whose dam is closely related to a Grade 1 winner in the US. Ran as though the race was needed when well beaten on debut at Newmarket and may need more time to mature.
Fair degree of promise in runs at Newmarket and Chepstow, latterly when odds-on favourite. Likely to be among the market leaders once again.
Displayed talent on both starts in novice/maiden company over 1m at Newbury. Steps up in trip and is a promising colt who warrants respect.
