His two career wins came in the summer of 2015 and he was out of form last year. Takes a big drop in class and jockey booking takes the eye.
Hit form at this fixture last year and subsequently went 40-7. Suited to some give underfoot and undulating tracks, but appeared not to stay when tackling this trip.
Has six wins and fifteen frame finishes in a 56-race career. Probably better over further and high enough in the weights on return.
Hints of promise in three outings, the last two of them since joining current stable from Charlie Hills. Needs to show more in a competitive heat.
Last win came in August 2016. Missed the whole of last season and a return to form has not looked imminent in his two comeback runs.
Twice a Flat winner in his younger days then good form for John Ferguson over hurdles in 2015 before encountering injury problems. Has returned to show little in three AW runs for this yard and has now had wind surgery.
Winner on good-to-soft ground over 1m2f last summer and has barely beaten a rival since. Remains above his winning mark and hard to fancy at present.
Dual hurdle winner in 2016 but he has not had much racing since and has another six month absence to overcome.
In good form at present and came from a long way to narrowly fail at Brighton. Open to further progress with a longer straight to play with and he may be capable of defying a further rise in the weights.
Victorious in a 1m2f claimer at Windsor (good-to-soft) in October but well held in four starts since joining this yard and others make more appeal.
Triple winner here over 1m2f but has gone close at this trip. Handles any going and has not raced off this mark since winning in 2015. Top claimer booked and has gone well after a break previously.
Former point-to-point and bumper performer has shown nothing in three flat races including handicap debut when sent off at 150/1. Impossible to fancy from 5lb out of the weights.
