Forecast

Isabella (85/40), Eagle Creek (9/4), Morning Suit (5/1), Lomu (11/2), Rashford's Double (8/1), Portledge (12/1)

Verdict

LOMU can follow up his winning seasonal debut by taking this small field handicap on his first attempt at this 1m trip. Keith Dalgleish's charge was a winner over 7f at Ayr last time and shaped as if he'd be effective over this trip on that occasion. Eagle Creek proved to be a disappointment on handicap debut at Newmarket in May and is taken to claim second on his first outing since being gelded while Redcar runner-up Rashford's Double is another likely to run well here.
  1. Lomu
  2. Eagle Creek
  3. Rashford's Double
