Betway Lincoln (335 Doncaster)

Roger Charlton is happy with Yuften's draw as he looks forward to saddling the likely favourite for the Betway Lincoln at Doncaster on Saturday.

The six-year-old found himself at the head of the market for the valuable heritage handicap after Morando was not declared.

However, Yuften goes to Town Moor with strong claims and an adaptable draw of stall 14 in a field of 22.

Donncha was second in the consolation Spring Mile 12 months ago and his trainer Robert Eddery is hopeful of another decent effort while Bravery, who was fourth in last season's Irish 2000 Guineas, has his first run for David O'Meara.

Top Quote: Brian Ellison on Top Notch Tonto: "I think he's got a massive chance. His run at Wolverhampton was just to get him going for the Lincoln. He's in cracking form."

Betway Cammidge Trophy Stakes (150 Doncaster)

Great St Wilfrid winner Nameitwhatyoulike begins his season in the Betway Cammidge Trophy at Doncaster on Saturday.

Now an eight-year-old, Bryan Smart's sprinter took his form to a new level last summer, following up his valuable win at Ripon with victory in a Listed race at York.

Nameitwhatyoulike must concede weight to all but one of his rivals, with the Stuart Williams-trained Swift Approval joining him at the head of the field.

Swift Approval won races at Deauville and Cologne on his final two appearances for Kevin Ryan last season before changing hands for 110,000 guineas.

Top Quote: Bryan Smart on Nameitwhatyoulike: "He's been an absolute superstar for us and he's as fit as I can get him at home without having had a run, obviously. He's as honest as the day is long. It's not unusual for sprinters to reach their peak at six, seven and eight so hopefully there's a few more big days in him."

Betway Doncaster Mile Stakes (300 Doncaster)

Ed Walker has his sights fixed on a trip to Hong Kong with Stormy Antarctic if he can get his season off to "the perfect start" in the Betway Doncaster Mile.

Winner of the Craven last season, he then went on to finish second to the excellent Zelzal in the Prix Jean Prat.

Not disgraced in the Prix Jacques le Marois nor in the Queen Elizabeth II Stakes after that, Stormy Antarctic faces a big drop in class on his seasonal reappearance.

Top Quote: Ed Walker on Stormy Antarctic: "He has some exceptional form in the book, not beaten far by the likes of Zelzal, Ribchester and Minding last year, so I am hoping that he can get his season off to the perfect start. He looks a picture and has done well physically from three to four. We are really excited getting him back. The aim of this is just to drop him back in class to try get his head in front before stepping him back up again."

Betway Spring Mile Handicap (225 Doncaster)

Ballet Concerto, Sacred Act and Nimr missed the cut for the Lincoln but will instead lock horns in the consolation race at Doncaster on Saturday, the Betway Spring Mile.

For connections of the Sir Michael Stoute-trained Ballet Concerto, who has been absent since September, it was especially galling to miss out on the Lincoln as he now races for less prize-money but also carries top weight.

Top Quote: Bruce Raymond on Ballet Concerto: "He got beat in a good race up at Thirsk and that was on soft ground, so if there's cut that shouldn't be a problem. There are 22 runners so you can't be confident, but we're hoping for better things form him this year and that there's more improvement in him."

Betfred Mobile Magnolia Stakes (205 Kempton)

Absolute Blast is out to maintain her good recent form when she runs in the Betfred Mobile Magnolia Stakes at Kempton.

The five-year-old mare ran out of her skin in the Winter Derby on her first start for Archie Watson since leaving Iain Jardine when she finished third, beaten just a neck and a head.

In receipt of weight from all of her rivals bar one, she is favoured by the conditions in this Listed race and another big run is expected before her return to Lingfield on Good Friday.

Top Quote: Archie Watson on Absolute Blast: "We are very happy with her since that run at Lingfield. She ran a great race and it didn't surprise me at all. We have just freshened her up and she cannot be coming into Saturday's race any better. She was only getting 3lb off them last time and she is getting 5lb from them this time so that should make her very competitive."
